At Talini, we understand that not every purchase may be the right fit. That’s why we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

All we ask is that the returned items should be in a clean, sellable condition with all product tags intact. We understand you may need to open the packaging and try on the product, and that’s okay.

We don’t require any paper receipts or proof of purchase from your side. Our system will confirm your purchase details.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that, in our sole judgment, seems excessively damaged, misused, or missing product tags.

How to Initiate a Return

Please make sure the product is ready for pickup and you or someone on your behalf is available when our delivery partner arrives.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you initiate your return. We’ll check our inventory and if the replacement product is available, we’ll reserve it for you while we wait for your return to reach us.

Refund Policy

Once we’ve got your item back, we’ll inspect it and then get started on your refund or prepare your exchange. We’ll drop you an email to let you know once the refund has been processed or when your replacement item is ready to be shipped. The refund will be initiated to your original method of payment, and the processing time might depend on your card issuer’s policies.
