Can I return my purchase?

Absolutely. We operate a hassle-free 7-day return policy. We arrange the pickup for you; all we ask is that the item remains in as good as new condition, hasn’t been used beyond trying on, and still has its original tags. For more details, please read our return policy here.

What if my order is late?

We aim to stick to our promised delivery times, but sometimes our courier partners can encounter issues. If your order is delayed, please inform us and we will do our best to resolve the issue and keep you updated.

Why can't I find dresses you've previously shared on Instagram?

We handpick our fabrics and each dress is hand-stitched. As such, we don’t typically restock, even our bestsellers. This is because we strive to keep our designs unique and sometimes, the fabrics we’ve previously selected might no longer be available.

What happens if my payment went through, but my order wasn't confirmed?

Firstly, rest assured that your money is safe. In case of payment gateway issues, we will track the transaction in our bank account and ensure a refund if it doesn’t correspond to any of our orders. Please inform us immediately so we can investigate. However, we ask for your patience as sometimes the payment system might automatically refund a failed transaction according to their timeline
